ToolsDock provides online tools for:

  • Image editing
  • Audio processing
  • Video processing
  • Text and productivity tools
  • AI-powered utilities and generators

All tools are provided "as is".

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree that you will NOT:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission
  • Attempt to exploit or overload the system
  • Use the service for malicious purposes
  • Reverse engineer or attack the platform

You are fully responsible for files you upload.

You may not use ToolsDock to:

5. FILE UPLOADS

By uploading files:

  • You confirm you have the right to use and process the content
  • You grant ToolsDock temporary permission to process files
  • Files are automatically deleted after processing

We do NOT store files permanently.

Users may voluntarily subscribe to receive product updates, announcements, feature releases, and other ToolsDock communications via email newsletter.

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter email.

Subscription to newsletters does not create a user account and does not grant additional access or services.

We do not guarantee:

  • permanent availability of features

Services may be modified or discontinued at any time.

We do not guarantee that tool outputs, conversions, calculations, or generated results will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every use case.

ToolsDock branding, design, and code are owned by us unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy or redistribute without permission.

9. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

ToolsDock is provided "AS IS".

We are NOT responsible for:

  • file loss or corruption
  • conversion errors
  • service downtime
  • data loss
  • user-uploaded content

Use the service at your own risk.

ToolsDock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

11. NO WARRANTY
